How to access the accommodation?
To ensure a smooth experience, the keys to the property are delivered in person at the place, following the established check-in times. We ask you to contact us in advance to coordinate the delivery and make sure that everything is ready for your arrival. We are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible!
Monday to Friday (Except holidays): 16:00 - 18:00
This schedule could be brought forward under consultation according to availability.
What if this doesn't work?
The keys are collected at a locker at the Koti Rentals office: Avenida Nuestro Padre Jesús Cautivo, 15, Fuengirola, 29640
If the arrival is outside office opening hours, holidays or during the weekend, the keys will be deposited in a key box located in the same office and the customer will be sent the instructions to make the arrival autonomously.
Don't forget to bring your beach bag :)

This villa is a family space with an endearing history. The owners have enjoyed it for years and recently decided to renew it completely so that other families can have similar experiences. We value this tradition and that is why we only accept guests who are looking for a family use of the house. For this reason, unfortunately, we will decline requests from groups of young friends, since it is not the right destination for that type of stay. Thank you for understanding!
- Please respect the rest schedules of the rest of the guests/neighbors.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking inside the apartment.
- It is forbidden to have parties in the apartment.
- It is totally forbidden to accommodate more people than initially declared.
- Travel cot available with prior notice. Extra supplement of €20/stay.
