Ático Margarita is a spacious and bright penthouse of 90 m² that stands out for its large private terrace, its excellent natural light entrance and a comfortable distribution designed to enjoy both short and medium stays. An ideal space for those who value spaciousness, functionality and outdoor areas where to really spend time.
The house has capacity for up to 6 guests and has 3 well-distributed bedrooms. Two of them have double beds of 150x200 cm, designed for a comfortable rest. The third bedroom is equipped with a single trundle bed of 90x190 cm, a practical option especially for children, young people or flexible stays.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, providing greater comfort and privacy, especially in shared rooms between families or groups. In addition, the house has a second full bathroom with shower, which facilitates day-to-day organisation.
The living-dining room is spacious, bright and very cosy, with a rest area equipped with chaise longue sofa, large format Smart TV and air conditioning. The integrated dining area creates a comfortable space for both group meals and moments of relaxation.
The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, offers everything you need for a practical stay: oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and small appliances. In addition, it has direct access to the terrace, facilitating day-to-day life and the connection with the outside.
One of the great attractions of the penthouse is its large terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and dining area. An ideal space to have breakfast outdoors, enjoy the climate of the Costa del Sol or simply relax with open views of the urban area.
The building has a communal pool, ideal for cooling off and enjoying during the warmer months. Its opening usually begins in June (exact date subject to confirmation by the community).
Access is managed by card, which must be given to the lifeguard when entering and requested again when leaving.
The house has hot / cold air conditioning and is located on a high floor with elevator, which guarantees good brightness and ventilation.
Located in the area of Las Lagunas de Mijas, the apartment offers a practical and well-connected location, with supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and all kinds of services a few minutes walk away. In addition, it allows quick access to both Fuengirola and other areas of the Costa del Sol, being a comfortable base for moving around the area by car or transport.
Being located on a main avenue, a certain level of activity and traffic can be perceived at certain times of the day, something common in this type of central and well-connected locations.
We carry out an advanced cleaning and disinfection protocol.
Access to the accommodation is made through an autonomous check-in system with an electronic lock, which allows a comfortable and flexible arrival. You will receive all the instructions before your arrival.

- Before arrival it will be necessary to complete the online guest registration, in accordance with the regulations in force in Spain.
- The apartment is prepared to accommodate up to the number of guests indicated in the reservation, so it is not allowed to accommodate more people than those declared.
