Welcome to this charming villa in Torrenueva, Mijas Costa, a corner of serenity where comfort and nature come together to give you an unforgettable experience. With capacity for 5 people, this cozy property is ideal for families or couples looking to unwind in a quiet environment close to the sea.
Upon entering, you will find a 105m² home perfectly distributed on a 469m² plot, which invites you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors in its private garden. From here, you can delight in sea views that will accompany you throughout the day.
The villa has two bedrooms: the main one equipped with a comfortable 150x200cm double bed, and the secondary one with two 90x190cm single beds. Both rooms have air conditioning, guaranteeing cool nights in summer and warm nights in winter.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your meals: oven, electric ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, as well as a washing machine. Perfect for those who enjoy cooking or prefer to have the convenience of preparing their favorite dishes at home.
It has two bathrooms, one of them complete with a shower and another additional toilet for greater comfort. The house, facing east, south and west, is bathed in natural light throughout the day, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Although it does not have an elevator, the access stairs will not be an impediment to enjoying the tranquility and privacy that this villa offers. However, it is a point to keep in mind since there is a flight of stairs from the street to the villa, and another small flight of 4 steps from the living room to the rest of the house. The villa does not have private parking but parking on the street is easy and close.
The jewel of the property is its private pool, open all year round, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim or simply relax under the radiant sun that characterizes this area. The location is unbeatable: just 650 meters from El Bombo beach, close to supermarkets (500m.), restaurants (450m.) and with easy access to tourist places such as La Cala de Mijas (1.5km), Marbella (20km .) and Fuengirola (12km).
Everything is designed to make you feel at home, with high-speed WiFi connection, bedding and towels.
For your convenience, we offer a Family Set that includes a crib, high chair, baby bath and children's tableware, designed especially for families travelling with children.
*You must request the crib to leave it ready 2 weeks before arrival, including bed linen (mattress protector and cover).
How to access the accommodation?
The key will be collected from a key box located in the same building, at no extra cost, for this the indications will be sent prior to your arrival, which will be from 16:00.
